On 22nd December 2017, all the teaching and non-teaching (office) staff came together under the able guidance of Dr A Senthil Kumaran, Chief confluence, at ‘LEARNERS CONFLUENCE’, Bangalore, in order to reflect, learn and look forward to the awaiting challenges of taking care of children.

Dr Senthil harped on the importance of knowing one’s colleague at work and knowing your children in school, in order to carry out effective education which has to be holistic in toto. Through multiple activities, thought provoking ideas and words of wisdom, the resource person was able to keep the staff completely engrossed from 9.30am to 4.00 pm. At the end of the day there were no doubts in anyone’s mind that it was indeed an enriching experience.
