A thought-provoking workshop on *Data Science* was organised on July 19, 2021 for the Computer Science students of Grades XI & XII by Mr. Ajay Sharma, Founder and Director of Student Outreach, Kolkata.

Dr. Smitha Rao, Professor, School of Computational and Data Sciences of the Vidyashilpa University was the speaker. She shared fundamental insights on data science and it’s application in various industries such as banking, healthcare and more. Students also got to learn about the characteristics that distinguishes data scientists from other professionals.
