Actress Rimjhim Mitra inaugurated the Road Safety week in presence of Police personnel from Purba Jadavpur Traffic Guard at the Indus Valley World School Auditorium. The event aimed at educating students on safe road culture and habits in order to spread awareness on safe drive save life . The programme opened with an introduction about Road culture and safety followed by a small quiz session on traffic rules. Students participated wholeheartedly and answered almost all the questions with great interest. The celebration was a week long till 12th January where students from IVWS demonstrated traffic rules and road cultures to Pedestrians on the road everyday and the event came to an end with performance of a street act performed by students of IVWS on ‘Rash Driving’.
