Our little explorers from Grade 1 had the MOST amazing field trip to the Horticulture Society on March 6th! The students were absolutely mesmerized by the stunning flower displays and couldn’t contain their excitement when they discovered all the different varieties of roses in full bloom!
Inside the greenhouse, they wandered through collections of gorgeous orchids and pothos plants that left them wide-eyed with wonder. They even learned about important medicinal plants like stevia, kalmegh, aloe vera, and ram tulsi!
The highlight of the day was watching colourful butterflies flutter their beautiful wings among the flowers! Our little ones were completely captivated by these magical creatures. This wasn’t just an educational adventure—it was a chance for our first graders to connect with nature in a meaningful way. A truly unforgettable experience that combined learning with the pure joy of discovering our natural world!
