On 17th October 2023, an initiative of inclusion was made where 4 Hub of Learning schools earmarked by CBSE to be under IVWS came to participate in the annual Agomoni programme. The participating schools namely BDM International, Gokhale Memorial Girls’ School, National High School and Narayana School, Maheshtala were joined by the NGO Jyotirmai Sevamandir in this unique endeavour. The morning was beautifully strung together by the IVWS team. In the packed auditorium alongside parents and students, our Community Service club Interact invited senior citizens from the old age home Shibasram. The programme ended with the Interactors gifting blankets to the old people and stationery kits to the youngsters from Jyotirmai Sevamandir. It was indeed a beautiful start to the biggest festival of inclusion in Bengal.
