On 24th January, thirty students were taken for the Junior Kolkata Literary Meet where they attended the following sessions:
1. Ms.Sudha Murty in conversation with Sohini Mitra on writing for children and how her journey has evolved over the years. Launch of Grandma’s Bag of Stories – Special Edition
2. Fairy Tales in a Real World: Bijal Vachharajani and Varsha Seshan on storifying important issues such as climate change and democracy through fairy tales and fantasy.
The students had a marvellous time interacting with the authors and sharing their passion for writing.
