On 7th October 2023, five students accompanied by a teacher visited the Janbazar house of Rani Rashmoni. Organised by Own The Past the students interacted with the idol maker of the Rani Rashmoni heritage puja and learnt about the process involved in creating the Durga idol. They were also told about the rituals associated with Durga Puja from Mahalaya to Dashami. It was an enriching and engaging experience for the students.
