A robotics competition was held at La Martiniere for Girls in collaboration with Kidotronics on 21st January 2020. Three students of Grade 3 participated in the competition. The theme of the competition was “Saving endangered animals and species”. Mixed teams were created with participants from different schools. Every team was given 40 minutes to assemble and make a robot that could be used for rescuing endangered species. Every team was then given 2 minutes to demonstrate their project on a game mat placed on the floor. Our students actively participated in the project where Akash Roy Chowdhury and his group emerged as the winners. Sinjini Chakraborty and her group and Anandi Ghosh and her group emerged as the first runner up and second runner up respectively.
We are very proud of their achievements!
